Justine is a holder of Master of Public Health (MPH) from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Deemed to be University (KIIT DU) in India, specializing in health systems management and epidemiology. With over six years of experience in the healthcare industry, Elikana has cultivated a strong foundation in program design, management, M&E and community engagement. Currently, he is serving as the IDSR (Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response) and HIMS (Health Information Management Systems) officer at Mufindi Dc. In this role, he plays a pivotal part in monitoring and responding to disease outbreaks, while also ensuring the effective management of health information systems. Elikana's dedication to public health and his diverse skill set continue to drive positive change in the healthcare sector.

Magnus Michael Sichalwe holds a Master of Public Health degree from the KIIT School of Public Health in India and is a certified public health specialist in Tanzania. Currently, he serves as a malaria coordinator within the Tanzanian government. With extensive experience of over five years in clinical and community settings, he has gained prominence in the field of public health. His main focus area is maternal and child health, where he has been instrumental in various projects led by governmental and non-governmental organizations in Tanzania. His unwavering commitment to research in maternal and child health, along with his advocacy for the well-being of adolescent girls and young women, highlights his dedication to improving healthcare outcomes, particularly in achieving Sustainable Development Goal 3, with emphasis on targets 3:1, 3:2, 3:3 and 3:7.

Dr. Jena is a modern medicine physician, specializing in public health with over 21 years of diverse experience in academia, research, and managerial roles within government agencies, the World Health Organization, and esteemed institutions like the Public Health Foundation of India. He has authored approximately 58 publications spanning journal articles, books, manuals, and conference papers. Recognized by prestigious international bodies such as the International Epidemiological Association, International Society for Addiction Medicine, and Asia Pacific Organization for Cancer Prevention, Dr. Jena is deeply engaged in areas like One-Health, Big-Data & AI, Multisectoral Action Plan, and Social Determinants of Health. He is committed to promoting health literacy and fostering environments conducive to informed health decision-making. Additionally, he imparts knowledge in Epidemiology, Social & Behavioral Health, and Medical Law & Ethics to students of Public Health and Hospital Administration.

Regina Edward Bulali, with a Master of Science in Pediatrics from the University of Dodoma, Tanzania, boasts over two decades in maternal and child health. Her leadership spans as Pediatric Healthcare Services Supervisor for five years and Deputy Director of Nursing Services for seven years at Mbeya Zonal Referral Hospital. Regina's research contributions include studies on HIV disclosure effects and adolescent alcohol consumption. With her extensive expertise, Regina drives healthcare advancements, prioritizing community welfare.

Moses S. Tawete, a distinguished healthcare professional, possesses a Master's in Public Health (MPH) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) with over 16 years’ experience in healthcare. Currently he is serving as the Regional Nursing Officer (RNO) and m-mama program focal person in Iringa region where he oversees numerous maternal and child health initiatives, implementing innovative strategies to bolster maternal and neonatal healthcare services in the region and s a Regional Nursing Officer (RNO) he spearheaded various healthcare initiatives aiming at elevating nursing care quality and public health promotion.

Ms. Purnima Gupta Bhoi, a Professor at the KIIT School of Public Health, is an expert in Health and Hospital Management with a blend of industrial, academic and research experience spanning almost two decades. She has held significant managerial positions throughout her career and has contributed significantly to ensuring the smooth operations of organizations she has worked with. Her areas of expertise are Project Management, Quality and Patient Safety in Healthcare, Strategic and Risk Management, Environmental Health and Climate Change, Hospital Operations and Management, Procurement and supply chain management, Human Resources for Health, Training and Capacity Building. Ms. Bhoi is passionate about Health Care Quality and her diverse skill set, encompassing both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise, management experience and mentoring skills, enriches her contributions to the healthcare, academia and administrative spheres. Her Professional Membership includes the Life Member Academy of Hospital Administration (AHA), the Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organizations (CAHO), and the WHO Global Patient Safety Network (GPSN). She is a certified Patient Safety Officer (CAHO) and is recognized as a patient safety champion by Patients for Patient Safety (PFPS) in the US.

Dr. Kipendi is a medical doctor with over 23 years of experience in clinical medicine and healthcare management. During his tenure as Medical Officer In-Charge at Chalinze Hospital from 2001 to 2009, he supervised Reproductive and Child Health services, implemented family planning programs, and facilitated the translation of health policies. Transitioning to Medico Del Mundo Spain from 2009 to 2013, he served as the Regional Health Manager, leading initiatives to reduce maternal and under-five mortalities in the Singida region. Subsequently, as In-Charge at Iringa Regional Referral Hospital and later as a Project Manager at JHPIEGO, he continued to demonstrate his dedication to improving healthcare access and quality. Dr. Kipendi's diverse experience spans government health systems and non-governmental organizations, where he has consistently exhibited strong leadership, clinical acumen, and a passion for enhancing maternal and child health services in underserved communities.

Innocent Jotham Ndodyabike is a dynamic professional with a background in finance and entrepreneurship. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of Dar es Salaam. Innocent has garnered extensive experience in the financial sector, having served as an Investment Analyst at Anza Entrepreneurs and as the Manager of Capital Services at Anza Growth Fund. His key achievements include driving strategic investments, conducting thorough financial analysis, and facilitating capital deployment for promising ventures. Prior to his current roles, Innocent held positions such as Business Development Executive at Stochastic Africa Ltd and interned at TIB Rasilimali Ltd, where he gained valuable insights into advisory services.

Dr. Mhagama is a dedicated and accomplished Ph.D. candidate at Kurukshetra University, India specializing in Computer Science with over five years of diverse experience across multiple Technology fields currently working as Chief Technology Officer. He is an MCA graduate from KIIT School of Computer Applications in India. With an unwavering passion for innovation, He tirelessly explores the realms of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and web Technologies striving to unravel complexities and pioneer advancements in these fields. Erick Elly Mgonja, holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Moshi Co-operative University, has five years of experience working with government institutions and logistic companies. Mgonja has demonstrated remarkable achievements in his professional endeavors. He spearheaded a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, which led to a substantial reduction in recruitment costs while maintaining a high-quality candidate pool. His implementation of innovative employee development programs resulted in a notable increase in staff retention and significantly improved job satisfaction levels across organizations he worked with. Ms. Wabwezya Clement Ndole, an MBA graduate in Rural Management from KIIT University, Odisha, India, joined the FWPPS Organization in 2021. Initially serving as a Community Linkage Services Officer, she played a pivotal role in a project aimed at preventing water-borne diseases in children under five in the Morogoro region's Kilosa district. Now, in her role as the Grants and Compliance Manager, Ms. Ndole ensures alignment with funding requirements and regulatory standards while driving impactful initiatives forward. Her expertise and dedication contribute significantly to the organization's mission of improving community health outcomes and addressing healthcare disparities.

Mr. Jonathan A. Katemi, a healthcare professional, holds a Master's in Public Health (MPH) from Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) and boasts over 7 years of experience in health programs. With extensive involvement in both local and international NGOs, he has served in notable roles such as the regional HIV/TB coordinator at Management and Development for Health (MDH) in Kagera and the regional maternal and child health program officer at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) in Singida. Mr. Katemi has consistently demonstrated a profound commitment to improving healthcare access and quality, particularly within underserved communities. Ms. Mshana's expertise in Key and Vulnerable Populations (KVPs), HIV Testing Services (HTS), and HIV client management, along with strong monitoring and evaluation skills, make her an invaluable asset. Reginald R. Kimaro holds a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery from the University of Dodoma and is pursuing an MPH at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences. With over 4 years of experience in health-related programs, he specializes in areas such as Care and Treatment, Gender-Based Violence, Key and Vulnerable Populations, Counseling, PMTCT programs, Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights, RMNCH, and Nutrition. Reginald is known for his hardworking nature, self-motivation, and extensive knowledge. As the Family Planning and Reproductive Health Manager at FWPPS Organization, he is poised to make a meaningful impact in promoting family planning and reproductive health initiatives.

Ms. Aminani Mfinanga is a dedicated professional in the field of social work, holding a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree. She is the champion of the Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) Project Manager at the FWPPS Organization. Drawing from 8 years of experience, Ms. Mfinanga brings valuable insights gained from her tenure as a Social Worker Officer within both governmental and non-governmental organizations in Tanzania. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to assisting vulnerable individuals and advocating for social justice.
